Transaction Procedure

To initiate the review of the application, the Buyer must provide the following documents:

LOI (Letter of Intent) – an official letter of intent to purchase the product.

CIS (Corporate Information Sheet) – corporate information about the Buyer and their company.

Bank statement or Proof of Funds (POF) as of the current date.

ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order).

After receiving and verifying the aforementioned documents, the parties will agree on further commercial terms, including the delivery schedule, port of loading, payment procedure, and contract execution.

Video footage of the sulfur storage/location site and any supporting documents are provided only after the signing of NCNDA, CIS, bank statement, ICPO. Prior to the execution of these documents, no information will be disclosed.

Cooperation is possible exclusively with a reliable and duly authorized representative of a specific end buyer.

The terms and conditions stated above remain unchanged and are not subject to revision.

Only after the required information about the buyer has been provided (company details, end beneficiary/end buyer information, confirmation of the representative’s authority, and any other requested information) will we be able to proceed to a substantive discussion of the transaction details.

Until the above-mentioned information is received, further discussion of the transaction terms is not possible.
